At Evidence Audio we will make our best effort to turn around all orders as quickly as possible.

When we ship we use reputable carriers and insure the products.

Orders shipped in the USA up to $94.00 in value ship for a flat rate of $7.95. Orders $95 and above ship free of charge.

Orders shipped to Canada up to $149.00 in value ship for a flat rate of $19.00. Orders $150.00 and above ship free of charge.

Orders outside of the USA and Canada up to $178.00 ship for a flat rate of $39.00. Orders $179.00 and above ship free of charge.

When shipping international we choose the best carriers, If you wish expedited shipping you can choose to pay for the quickest available service and have your delivery sent to you at the upgraded cost.

If product needs to be shipped back, first contact customer service for an RA number info@evidenceaudio.com.

Please use a reputable carrier with insurance to ship to us. Any return shipments must have an RA number clearly marked and all expenses including any customs charges must be paid, otherwise shipment may not be accepted.
