Evidence Audio Lifetime Warranty

Evidence Audio products are covered by a Limited Warranty from date of purchase against all defects in manufacturing.

All warranty repairs for defective products must be accompanied with the original, dated, sales receipt from an authorized Evidence Audio dealer, and also be accompanied with an RA number (Return Authorization).

Please contact Evidence Audio customer service (contact info below) for an RA Number prior to shipping and all returns must have the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box. 

The customer is responsible for all inbound shipping charges to the Evidence Audio facility and Evidence Audio will ship all warranty repaired products freight prepaid back to the customer.

To return a Direct Web Order the customer should contact info@evidenceaudio.com with their web order number and receipt data to initiate a Return to the factory.
